Tesamorelin / Ipamorelin in Laboratory Research

This vial contains Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin blended at a fixed ratio. The two peptides act on the growth-hormone axis through different receptors: Tesamorelin is a stabilised GHRH analog engaging the GHRH receptor, while Ipamorelin is a selective agonist at the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a).

The pre-blended format removes the compounding step from experiments that examine the two receptor pathways together.
