Every product sold on this site is supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory and research use. Nothing sold here is a drug, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic or medical device. Products are not for human or veterinary consumption, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. You agree not to administer any product to a person or an animal, and not to resell or relabel any product for such use.

3 · Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is mispriced, out of stock, or the destination is restricted.

4 · Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at the time you place an order is the price you pay.

5 · Shipping and risk

Shipping is governed by our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied.

6 · Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our refund policy.

7 · Product information

We publish the independent certificate of analysis for every lot. Purity, identity and fill figures on a product page describe the tested lot and are warranted to that report. Descriptive text about a compound is a summary of published literature, is provided for reference only, and is not a claim about what the compound does in any organism.

8 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of a product outside its stated research purpose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9 · Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Atlanta Peptides against any claim arising from your handling, storage, use, resale or disposal of a product, or from your breach of these terms.
