FOXO4-DRI in Laboratory Research
FOXO4-DRI is a synthetic D-retro-inverso peptide designed to interfere with the interaction between the transcription factor FOXO4 and the tumour-suppressor protein p53. Its D-amino-acid, reverse-sequence construction improves stability relative to a natural L-peptide.
By disrupting FOXO4–p53 binding, it is studied as a senolytic tool compound in cellular-ageing research.
Research Applications & Study Focus
Research applications concentrate on cellular senescence: senolytic assays, FOXO4–p53 interaction studies, and apoptosis endpoints in senescent-cell model systems.
Consistent lot specification supports reproducible senescence-model conditions across repeated experiments.
Purity, Handling & Verification
Supplied as a sealed, lyophilized vial for laboratory use. Where a third-party certificate of analysis is available for a batch, it is published on our Certificates of Analysis page against the lot number. Store the lyophilized material cool, dry and out of direct light, and reconstitute with bacteriostatic water under standard aseptic laboratory practice.
This material is offered strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only. It is not for human or veterinary consumption, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
