KLOW extends the GLOW formulation with KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH. Where the first three components are associated with matrix remodelling and cell migration, KPV brings a distinct line of inquiry: NF-kappaB signalling and pro-inflammatory cytokine regulation.
The four-way blend is used in research designs examining repair and inflammatory signalling in parallel. As with GLOW, the copper content produces a blue tint in the lyophilized powder. Every component is assayed separately.
